We can’t say enough good things about Steve Minor and his team at Noble Renovation. Having known Steve for over 20 years, we have always considered him to be a person of strong character. Steve is a great communicator, a good listener, an avid learner and always on the cutting edge of home design and innovation. His goal is always to use the best sub-contractors. For all these reasons, we had no doubt that Steve was our #1 choice in selecting a builder for our home in downtown Apex. Because of Steve’s thoroughness, we knew from the beginning what our expectations should be and also the expectations of Noble Renovation. Steve’s standards for his company are exemplary.

The building process lasted a year (2023). Colton, his superintendent and Raul, his designer were invaluable to the whole building process. Steve and his team went above and beyond to address the daily needs, problem solving and answering questions. Raul, his designer did countless computer images to help us envision our hopes for the final outcome of our dream home. It truly is more than we had hoped for because of these incredible skills. The computer 3D walk-through was so helpful and confirmed some of our choices along the way, both for the interior and exterior of our home.

Mauricio, the framer, was amazing! He and his team worked tirelessly to frame a very tall, steep pitched roofing system on our tutor inspired home. He patiently made changes as we realized we wanted higher ceilings in multiple rooms. The craftsmanship is superior.

Because the open concept kitchen/dining/living room is the heart of our home, Steve and his team knew we needed to make it really special. His collaboration with Tice Kitchens and Interiors resulted in stunning custom cabinets that exceeded our expectations. They are just beautiful! Steve went with us to meet with Scott Tice and walked through the factory. We appreciate that Steve was so invested in every detail of the building process. Steve’s involvement gave us so much confidence along the way.

Colton, Steve’s superintendent is commendable in his character, knowledge and abilities. He communicated well with us and other contractors and was always respectful in our interactions. He was always reliable if he said he would take care of something. Usually doing way more than was required. We are very grateful we had the opportunity to get to work with him.

Steve managed our project with great care, keeping supplies and workers on schedule. His attention to detail extended to every aspect of the build ensuring the high level of detail and craftsmanship.

We recently had our outdoor patio converted into a screened porch by Noble Renovation. Steve was able to take our simple vision and transform it into a beautiful outdoor living space. His excellent knowledge of construction and true passion for his work made our project come to life. The professionalism of Steve and his team was unreal and we had never experienced such customer service ever before. There was always an open line of communication that allowed us to feel very confident in our decision, as well as meet our timeline. It was a real pleasure to have them work on our home.

He gave us a detailed estimate up front, came over to our house several times to inspect problem areas and advise us on the best way to complete our projects, and even ended up coming in slightly below his original estimate. He was very trustworthy and actually oversaw all the work while we were out of the house for two weeks. When we got back, everything looked fantastic!
